It describes accurately what Kraftrun does with your data today, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not a complete legal document. If anything here matters to a decision you are making, please get in touch and ask.
Information We Collect
We collect your email address when you create an account, and we record which playbooks you save, open and complete so the product can show you your own progress. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Sharing Your Email With Playbook Operators
Playbooks are written by independent operators. When you open one, you are asked whether to share your email address with the operator who wrote it. The box is ticked by default and you can untick it before you start reading. If you share it, that operator can see your address in their Kraftrun dashboard and may contact you using their own tools; Kraftrun does not send email on their behalf. If you decline, the operator is still told that their playbook was opened, but is given no way to contact you. You can take your address back at any time from Profile → Privacy, which removes it from that operator immediately.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to provide the Kraftrun service and to respond to support requests. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored with Supabase, which handles our database and authentication, and the site is hosted on Vercel. We do not process payments and store no payment information, because every playbook on Kraftrun is free.
Cookies
The only cookies we set are the ones required to keep you signed in. We use no advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though signing in will not work without them.
Your Rights
You can correct your name and avatar from your profile, and withdraw any email address you have shared with an operator from Profile → Privacy. For access to or deletion of your data, contact us at the address below. There is no self-serve account deletion yet, so those requests are handled by hand.
